Check Virtual Account via Panel

You can easily monitor the status and detailed information of your virtual accounts directly within the Localpayment Panel. To check the status of a virtual account, navigate to:

PayIn > Virtual Accounts > Activity

From this section, you can filter and search for virtual accounts using the available parameters:

  • Client: Select the merchant account for which you want to retrieve the information.

  • Country: Choose a specific country or select All to include all available countries.

  • Status: Filter accounts by their current status or select All to view accounts with any status.

  • Virtual Account Number: You can search directly by the Virtual Account Number (VAN) to quickly locate a specific entry.

Once the search criteria are applied, the virtual account list will display the relevant records. The current status of each account is shown in the Status column.

This allows you to monitor the creation progress, activation, or any changes made to virtual accounts in real time via the panel interface.
